China Doll

We are so blessed to part of a church body that we adore. We have the most wonderful friends and church family. That's what they are, family. We care for each other, we pray for each other, we support each other, we help each other and we love each other. There is a true fellowship that you have with other believers, that you can have only with believers.
When I say "church body" I mean that the church consist of many people but we are all one body, all with different functions. Just like the human body has many parts with different functions. All the parts are important. If one part was not there or not functioning we would miss it.

Anyways, we have a wonderful set of friends that have been trying to adopt a little girl for two years! This is something that the Lord has laid on their hearts to do. Let me say, they are faithful to obey and the Lord is faithful to provide!
Two weeks ago they left for China with high hopes and lots of excitement! We were all excited! We have been praying for this little girl for two years. We feel like she belongs to us a little too. They had to reluctantly leave their two boys home, one adopted from the Ukraine a few years ago.
Wednesday was the big day!! They returned home with their China Doll. So precious...

Tears were flowing. It was so great to see this cute family together.
What is so amazing to me is that God planned, before she was even born, for the little girl to be a part of this family. He must have an amazing life prepared for her. He brought her all this way and opened so much opportunity up to her! What an amazing merciful God

  1. Sarah, Thanks for visiting my blog. That's so funny that you recognized the couple. You're right! They attended Cederville and just graduated!
