Your pizza looks yummy. We all like homemade pizza and I make it pretty often but I have never made it in a cast iron skillet, so I want to try it that way next time. We, too, have been having a heat spell. I try not to use the oven very often so as not to heat up the house and so the AC doesn't have to work so hard. Thanks for sharing your recipes!
